Recipes.

I will be very honest. Even though I have a collection of cookbooks and receive cooking magazines on the mail- I am not a huge fan of recipes!
Did you know that most people buy cookbooks to "read" them and look at their pictures? That would be me!
Yes, they inspire me, but I just like to keep things simple. I hate having to buy specific ingredients for x or y recipe.
HOWEVER... recipes are a great way to learn to use a new ingredient, get creative, or learn to cook something specific.
Here are some favorites that I've found to be simple and are part of my weekly rotation:
